Young Adult League
YAL is the Orthodox Church’s ministry for young adults ages 18 through 35. Its purpose is to strengthen young adults’ relationship with Jesus Christ and encourage their active part in the worship, sacramental life, service and community of the Church.
Through opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, service and connection with other Orthodox Christians, YAL helps young adults go on building a life centred in Christ and His Church.
A community for young adults
YAL is not limited to college students, unmarried adults, or people at one particular stage of life. Young adults may be students or professionals, single or married, parents or without children.
What they share is the chance to grow together in Christ and to take a fuller part in the life of the Church.
